Passionate about expressing my inspirations in a collage of artworks, I realised there would not be enough wall space on which to display them all. Hence the idea of printing on textiles in the form of pareos, scarves, t-shirts, as well as on glass and ceramics.
It all started with hand-paintings on silk habotai, using the wax and paint style of batik designs. Now, digital printing on fabric is the flavour of the day, as it also happens to be eco-friendlier than other modes of printing.
The joy of creating unique, original designs as Art To Wear scarves in silk twill or silk chiffon, knows no bounds. Adding to that, is my unique Leggings by VAL collection.
